Hotel Best Front Maritim

This accommodation had a reasonably pleasant room, with hospitable staff and a range of food options. While the elevators had an occasional feeling of uneasiness, and the fridge was not well stocked for snacks, the overall experience was satisfactory.

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing! Our room was spotless, with an incredible view of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was only a short distance from the shoreline and restaurants, which made it even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to our loved ones and we definitely plan on returning sometime soon!

1 out of 5 stars. I was appalled by the condition of Hotel Best Front Maritim upon arrival. The toilet and shower were both still dirty, with evidence of black hair, toothpaste, and mildew. The curtains were stained, and the beading was coming apart. In the bedroom, the fridge was leaking at the back next to the plugs, and it was so hot that the reception lady burned her hands when she touched it. I complained the following morning and the response was "It's fixed, so what's the problem?". What made me most concerned was that none of the plugs or the lift had been checked since 2021. This is a serious safety hazard and I expect more from a hotel of this calibre.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights as a chance to relax, but sadly the first night was marred by the loud, obnoxious noise coming from a football team of German kids running down the corridor and being disruptive. The second night wasn't as bad and we got the benefit of the doubt, but on the third night it was unbearable. When speaking to reception about it, the response was unsatisfactory- rather than offering to move us to somewhere quieter, they commented that they had 80% capacity due to the team and didn't provide any other solution. All in all, an unpleasant experience which puts us off from ever staying here again. Avoid if you can!

The Hotel Best Front Maritim was a great place to stay during my visit to the city. The location was prime and I was able to access nearby restaurants, parks, metro stations, and bus stops with ease. The hotel staff was very accommodating and attempted to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were clean and tranquil, and the breakfast was fantastic. The lobby bar was great for enjoying a few after dinner drinks and the internet connection was solid. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to any traveler.
