I stayed at Hotel Condal recently and had a terrible experience. The new owner does not seem to understand how to manage a hotel properly. I was confronted with a circuit breaker shooting sparks in my room and the surrounding neighbourhood felt very unsafe. Additionally, the rooms did not look anything like the pictures they have posted online. The quality of service range from good to awful, it seems like some customers were happy but there were a lot of angry travellers as well. All in all, I wouldn't recommend staying there.
