The room at Hotel Lloret Ramblas was small but cosy and very clean. The location was unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, so close to restaurants, bars, night clubs, and all the entertainment Barcelona has to offer. However, if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you - it can be very noisy due to its proximity to a busy street. Despite that, the hotel offers great amenities such as a 24 hour bar/restaurant, concierge, laundry, and currency exchange. The staff was really excellent - really friendly and helpful. All in all, I had a great experience staying at Hotel Lloret Ramblas and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great central location to explore the city.
The location of Hotel Lloret Ramblas is great, but you get what you pay for. The check-in process was far from smooth and the reception staff didn't seem particularly keen on helping. The rooms are tiny with no air conditioning - a must for hot Barcelona summers. There also isn't any food outlets or bars in the area, so you'll have to venture out for evening meals. With a plethora of other options in the city, it may be wise to spend a bit more and find a better hotel.
