This accommodation is situated in an ideal location, being a short 10 minute walk away from both the seaside and the edge of the Gothic Quarter. We received a warm and welcoming reception from the staff and were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and presentation of our room, which also provided a fine view of the street. I have no problem recommending this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. It's situated in an ideal spot, just a 15 min walk from the beach and close to the Gothic Quarter which can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Additionally, the train station is just down the street. The highlight of the complex has to be the terrace and pool, it's just beautiful. The rooms are well-kept, spacious and offer good quality. It appears as if it's a new hotel, which is great. The team of workers are all very helpful and friendly, so I would certainly come back.

Clean and friendly service. Spoken in multiple languages. Central to everything, excellent location. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and you can hear alarms and doors slamming from other guests in the early morning. Not the best place for an early night's sleep, but a great spot for convenience.

If I could give this place zeros I would! This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! My husband and I stayed recently, the week of July 13-18th for our honeymoon! Upon checking in we noticed the lobby being updated and looking nice BUT it was all a sham! The people at reception were rude and treated us like we were an issue. When we checked in, they only gave us one room key which we thought was odd. After entering our room, we realized why they only gave us one - the room is powered (air conditioning) by an outlet with the room key. Moreover, when I went to use the bathroom, I noticed ANTS near the toilet! After further investigating, we realized they were all over the room! The sheets had sand on them, the sash on the bed was stained with who knows what and the headboard had food stains. To top it off, the wallpaper was stained and peeling. This was supposed to be a “premium” room. We went downstairs to tell reception, but they said it was “too late to change rooms there’s nothing open”. I couldn’t believe it. We had no choice but to go back. I barely slept due to the ants crawling all over the room, and even on my hand! The next day we asked to speak to someone and “no one was available that could help us”. We tried calling other hotels and couldn’t find anything because it was last minute availability. We were literally stuck there and I cried. At night it was also really loud because of the paper thin walls, terrace, and guests. My husband asked reception for a blanket but they told him we had them when we didn’t. On our last day, I asked to speak with someone again and the person told me the manager “isn’t there” but when I said I had pictures and videos of the issues they wanted to “make this right” and “compensate” us. They gave me a business card to email/call, but nothing happened. Even today, every time I call the manager isn’t there and no one returns my calls. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I wish my honeymoon didn’t have to start off like the way it did. This place is absolutely horrible and I hope no one experiences what we did.

This hotel's location was perfect for sight seeing. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom, and there was a lot of people sitting near the pool so it wasn't really possible to use it. The bar staff in the pool area were expecting people to buy things or were otherwise unpleasant to the guests.
