I stayed at Hotel Palermo and I really don't recommend it. The staff seemed uninterested and was not willing to help when I witnessed a horrible incident. I found human faeces in my bathroom sink! When I showed a photo to the receptionist, they just said that it never happened before. I asked to switch rooms but they refused and just said they'd clean the faeces off. I requested to speak to the management but they weren't available. I sent them emails for compensation, but no one replied. It's one of the most sickening things I've ever faced in a hotel setting and their completely inadequate handling of the whole situation makes it even worse. I cannot even attach a photo of it as it's just too horrible. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
