This hotel is located very close to the iconic Sagrada Familia and right beside a stunning hospital building. The room was roomy and cozy with a terrace and remarkable view. I was pleasantly surprised to find extra amenities and a hair dryer in a hotel of this standard (2*). The staff were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place.
We stayed at Hotel Sant Pau for the weekend with our family. We rented two rooms and the location was perfect - right next to the metro station and with a car park close by. Unfortunately, the hotel was older than expected and not updated. The rooms were dated and not so clean, but not overly dirty either. The breakfast was basic, just enough for a one or two night stay. Although it wasn't a bad stay, the price felt too expensive for the quality of the hotel and I wouldn't stay for any longer.
The walls are quite thin and you might hear the occasional ambient noise from neighboring rooms or the street below, but that did not disturb me. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Sant Pau for two nights, and it was well worth the money! The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia, as well as plenty of metro stations, places to eat, and Lidl. I also really enjoyed walking through the beautiful nearby parks, like Parc Guell, which you should definitely check out for some breathtaking views. The room was a great size for a single room and was kept very clean, with all the amenities needed to make it very comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days and the bed was nice and comfy. The only thing to note is that the walls are quite thin so you can hear some ambient noise from neighboring rooms and the street, but this did not bother me. All in all, the staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona.
I stayed in this hotel recently, and it was a great budget option. The room was quaint, but clean and air conditioned, which was a nice bonus. The location was ideal since it was close to the Cathedral and the Sagrada Familia, yet quiet and away from tourist hotspots. What I appreciated most about this hotel was the quick and friendly service - the staff was really helpful, far exceeding my expectations. All in all, I would definitely rate this hotel as a great budget option for anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.
The Hotel Sant Pau is a great place to stay. We had a spacious room with a large terrace, which was very clean and comfortable. The location is nice, with plenty of tapas bars in the neighborhood. There are also two metro stations within walking distance, and the Guell park and the Sagrada Familia are just a few minutes away. All in all, it was a great place to stay but it was quite far from the city center and quite expensive.
