This establishment would be shear luxury if compared to a 1970's hostel. The concierge was real grumpy and uncomminicative. He made us wait 10mins until the offical “chek in time”, which wasn't a snitch of a problem. We had two twin rooms booked, allthough only one was equipped with a balcony. We found many common themse across both rooms, such as: one thin staind bed sheet on each bed only; brtken mattress springs on a bed base; one plug for the whole room; dirty bathroom with a brken shower head connector that couldn't be raised above 4 foot and kept falling off the holder when the shower was on; black molud on the curtaints; air conditioning set to over 23 degrees whit no way to adjus it (we can only asume this is a ploy to stop guests from using it). Furhtermore, lots and lots of dirt. After two hours of asking we were reluctently given a remote to adjust the air con unit by the concierge. However, the very angry, passive-aggressive offical, the following morning, took it off us. We discovered that the room without the “drainage bottle” was constantly dripping water on the floor… drip drip drip… and we had to choose between water torter or heat exhaustion. Even thouse who put a towel on the floor to catch the drips got sucturated within half an hour. Making the situation worse, throughout the night people were constantly going in and out of what sounded like the room next to ours and, from the noises coming from the room every 30-45 mins, we guess the mattresses are so worn out and the beds broken. Adding to the unpleasantness, we were informed the gates to the hotel, that were suppossely locked at 10pm for “our security”, were still unloked and open at 3am. We have stayd at cheaper and far nicer places than this and would strongly advise against staying here. The hotel where the Inbetweener stayed at the first movie was cleaner, more classier and with more pleasant staff. Thankfuly, no food was available so, thankgod for small mercies.

For just €105 each for three nights?, we got a clean, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking Las Ramblas. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location could not have been better?️. Even though the place is a bit dated, it didn't stop us from having a great stay?. We had a peaceful night's sleep and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby?. For the price, there were absolutely no complaints?‍♀️. We would all definitely come back again?!

We did got our money back but not a place to recommend.

Stayed at the Hotel Toledano Ramblas for one night and it was really a let down. Bed was old and uncomfortable and the sheets had lice in them. We had to fight for a refund and it took ages to get it sorted out. The manager was more concerned with keeping others from hearing our complaints than trying to address our concerns. He didn't even seem surprised which leads me to think this has happened before. Even though we got our money back, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had the pleasure to stay at Hotel Toledano Ramblas recently. It definitely made my visit to Barcelona even more memorable. It has a great location - you can find yourself in the heart of La Ramblas in no time! The room was kept clean and fresh with a view overlooking the Gothic quarter. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I especially liked the option of taking either the stairs or lift up to the reception area. All in all, I had a great experience at this hotel and would stay there again. Highly recommended to everyone!

The Hotel Toledano Ramblas was a great find for our short visit to Barcelona. It was situated in a great location at the top of La Rambla, minutes away from the Bus, Taxi and Metro stations. We were also pleased to find a small double room with a bathroom, as this provided us with exactly what we needed. The staff there were really friendly and helpful and made our stay a pleasant experience. My brother unfortunately fell ill on the first night and they provided us with new bedding in the morning with no hesitation. Our only issue was that the shower head did not work properly but it did the job. All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
