Ilunion Auditori

Recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say the write up on it is very misleading. Yes, it has a roof top pool, however, is very small as the seating area around it with about 3 loungers. More than 6 people and it feels crowded. On the positive the bedrooms are clean and tidy with air conditioning but again very basic. There is no bar or a restaurant apart from the one that serves breakfast. Location is OK as it is fairly central and the claim that it is close to the beach is also incorrect as a walk to the beach will take 15-20 minutes minimum. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Ilunion Auditori Hotel in Barcelona and had an excellent experience. The location was ideal, with no problem getting to and from the airport and walking distance to many attractions. Plus, the hotel was located in a Chinese quarter with many yummy places to eat like noodles, dim sum, and Chinese grocery. The Arc De Triomp tube station was an easy 2-minute walk away, making transportation very convenient. Inside the hotel, the air conditioning was excellent and everything was spotless. The housekeeping team was hard working and very friendly. I ended up tipping them 10 Euro for their efforts, although I felt they deserved more. At breakfast, the hotel had organized seating time for guests to prevent overcrowding. We also enjoyed using the small but efficient hotel pool, which was a great way to cool down in the hot weather. The hotel handled the heat well with lovely water fountains and full blast air conditioning. All in all, I had a lovely stay at the Ilunion Auditori and I thank the team for their excellent service.

This accommodation is located nearby Arc d'Triomf, close to the metro station that provides access to the rest of the city, and it is within walking distance to the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla. Our room was compact but satisfactory, facing the street but still peaceful at night. We were fortunate to check in a couple of hours ahead of time which we truly valued after a lengthy journey. The personnel are very friendly and accommodating. The shower is equipped with a combined body scrub/shampoo dispenser which gets rid of the need for those pointless tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body scrub, and you can choose how frequently you need the towels changed. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the personnel work really hard to keep it filled, and the tables clean and available. I would wholeheartedly stay at this accommodation and suggest it to anyone visiting the area.…

No qualms here. Everything was great! I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but the hotel was conveniently located near great restaurants, parks, metro stations, and other attractions. Definitely worth checking out!

I absolutely loved my stay at Ilunion Auditori Hotel in Barcelona! The room was just the perfect size and immaculately kept, and the courteous staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and there were even gluten free bread options available if you just ask. I had a great time using the rooftop pool and the fitness center. The only small inconvenience was that there were no plug sockets near the kettle and coffee-making facilities, so I had to move the appliance to a socket near the bed. The hotel is located in an ideal spot, and they really deserve more than their 3-star rating: I would recommend it and stay there again without hesitation!
