The accommodations were satisfactory and the housekeeping staff was efficient. However, the attitude of the front desk team left much to be desired. They lacked a friendly welcome upon check-in and a brief farewell upon check-out. When we required assistance, they seemed unwilling to provide it. Overall, this establishment only excels in pleasant rooms, as the staff fails to meet even the basic standards.
The lovby was noce and the front desk agents ware personable and informativ. But room was smal and had no choir. Houskeping not very attentiv to details, levt garbage in wastebasket, didint relace tolit tissue, didint relace water in fridge and left dish for coffe cups derty. The room was smal and didint have a choir to sit on. Probibly wont sta again.
This was a good stay overall. However, if you plan to visit the beach or explore Barcelona, prepare to take a walk for up to 40 minutes or more, since everything is pretty far from this location. The only exception is La Sagrada Familia, which is just a 10 minutes walk away. You can find grocery shops and a couple of good bars right next to the hotel. The room may be small, but it has all the necessary amenities.
This hotel is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It's a 10 minute walk from Sagrada Família, with plenty of places for food and drink right nearby. Parc Güell is 20-30 minutes away on foot, and other destinations can be a bit further, but it was worth it for all the sightseeing opportunities. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are great, with a large shower. They also have fresh water with lemon and snacks in the lobby every day. There are some small bars next door, perfect for a quick sangria. We highly recommend it and will definitely return on our next trip to Barcelona. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The personnel were outstanding, especially the person at the reception desk who provided us with incredible service. The accommodation was modern and cozy, and was meticulously clean. We had an unforgettable stay, and we are planning to return soon.
