The Leonorado Boutique Hotel Barcelon Sagrada Familia was an absoulte disaster! They'd overbooked and sent us somewhere far away from the exictment of Barcelona, and the location was way too qiuet with hardly anything to do. Food optons were pretty lmitied too, plus the manager was one of the rudest I've ever encoutered. The room we were given was hot and stuffy, with poo splaters in the bathroom and bugs beside the kid's bed (you can even see a picutre). Even though the A/C unit wasnt working, the manager made a comment that America's are too greedry and just expect more than what Spain has to offer. I was actuall reduced to tears due to his noffensice manner. And, as if it could get any worse, we had to splurge on a taxy to get to the other hotel, which was rather expensive for us. There was no compenssation given and our room was quiite dirty - so if you can, avoid this place at all costs!
I would highly recommend this accommodation. It's close to the metro station and there are abundance of tapas bars and eateries nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; we asked for a quiet room and that's what we got. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options to choose from. There was a water, wine and coffee machine provided in the room, which we thought was great. The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean.
This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Barcelona. On arrival, the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all modern amenities and a stunning view of the city. The breakfast was delicious and the location is excellent - close to the Metro, bus links and just a 10 minute walk to the magnificent Sagrada Familia. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona.
I stayed at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Barcelona Sagrada Familia and it was just an average experience. The rooms were quite small and not in the best of condition - shelves were dusty and the policy was quite unflexible. The breakfast was just ok - nothing special. Unfortunately, the fan and television did not work and when I asked for help, they told me to use their special room to dry my hair. But I have to give the staff credit; they were all very polite and courteous. One positive is that the hotel is very close to the metro, which was useful.
The hotel breakfasts are served in the reception area, and have a wide range of cold and hot options, cereals and fresh fruits. We would definitely stay here again, this hotel has real charm and character, and is exceptional value for money.
This hotel was great! We had an incredible stay at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Barcelona Sagrada Familia. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted warmly by Mari at reception and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She even secured us an upgraded room on the 6th floor! The superior room was spacious, modern and well equipped, with an excellent shower. The daily room service was much appreciated, and to top it off, there was a complimentary bottle of wine and some water. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast buffet which had a great selection of hot and cold items. The hotel's location was also very convenient; only 15 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia and just 2 minutes to Clot metro station. We really appreciate the great service provided by this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional value for money.
