During our time in Barcelona, my husband and I had an enjoyable experience at our hotel. The employees were welcoming, kind, and went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were meticulously clean and thoughtfully designed. The rooftop dining area provided stunning views of the city.
The prime location, exceptional staff, and overall top-notch experience of this luxurious property make it an excellent choice for a stay in Barcelona. Additionally, the convenient Barcelona Hop On Hop Off stop is conveniently located just a short distance of a block and a half away. This was our second visit in the span of five years, and we were once again delighted with our decision to stay at this hotel.
During my visit to Barcelona, the safety deposit box was not working when I first arrived, which was okay. However, it took multiple calls to the front desk and several visits from the staff for over an our to get it fixed (all because of a replaceing a C type battery). This caused me to miss my important lunch rezervation, as I was unable to leave my room without ensuring my belongings were safe. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive a followp call or an appology.
During my stay in Barcelona, I had a truly exceptional experience. The prime location, delectable food, and well-appointed room all contributed to my satisfaction. Of course, the staff's warmth and hospitality only added to the positive atmosphere. The cherry on top was the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace. Even when it was time to check out, the hotel kindly allowed me to stay longer without any extra charges due to my evening flight. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay.

My recent hotel stay in Barcelona was nothing short of excellent. The service was exceptional and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel is conveniently situated near all the main attractions, restaurants, and lively nightlife. The concierge service was efficient and the rooftop bar offered breathtaking views. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
