Mercure Barcelona Condor

This four star establishment in a great location proved to be a fantastic choice. From the moment I was greeted by the friendly staff, I knew I'd made the right decision. It's just a two minute walk to the nearest metro station and there is even a supermarket right around the corner. The rooms are clean and modern, and the breakfast was lovely, although there are plenty of nearby cafes and bakeries if you're after something different. All in all, I was more than satisfied with my stay.

My stay at the hotel was great. The staff were very professional, always smiling and eager to help. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean, and the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of pastries and fresh fruits. Even though the location was a bit far from the city center, it was a short metro ride away and there was a metro station nearby. I also appreciated the 24h reception, which was very useful for when I needed to check in late at night or to go out late at night and explore Barcelona. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

I would recommend the Mercure Barcelona Condor hotel to those that don't plan to stay up late. The breakfast was great and they had a good range of items, it was easily organised and tables were cleaned after guest left. The rooms were spacious and clean, although a bit outdated, hence the price which was relatively good value. I stayed in room 110 which is facing the street and unfortunately it was quite noisy during the night, so it would be difficult to sleep late. All in all, a good g value for money.

The hotel Mercure Barcelona Condor definitely has its advantages for us tourists. It is easily accessible by metro and the staff during check-in and breakfast are friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a triple room which was nicely decorated and had a balcony. The downside was that the jetted tub never worked in the 5 nights we stayed. However, the bedsheets were delivered promptly upon request, and housekeeping the following day provided a proper blanket and towels for the sofa bed. They should, however, provide the latter two items on the first night. All in all, our stay was good and the breakfast was great with a lot of options. All different types of bread with tomato paste and spreads were available. We had a pleasant stay.

The Mercure Barcelona Condor was in a great location; two metro stations were within walking distance as well as some of the major avenues. Breakfast was good with a nice buffet. Unfortunately, wifi was either very weak or not available at all which was a major downside. The amenities at the hotel were quite basic with nothing in the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and willing to help with any query.
