Stayed here for four nights and was really impressed. The location can't be beaten - situated in the heart of El Born you're close to all the best shops, restaurants, and attractions. The reception staff were so accommodating, always ready to help with any questions. I was staying in Room 222 on the second floor, which was comfortable and clean, but I could hear quite a bit of noise from the street. If I go back, I'd definitely book a room on the fifth floor - much more peaceful. Breakfast was really good and the roof terrace and pool area were amazing, with incredible views of the city. Highly recommend this hotel, great stay overall!
The downside to staying at the K+K Hotel Picasso El Born was the large presence of homeless people around the area. Additionally, there was an early check in fee. However, the upside far outweighed the cons. The room was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was quite good, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the Born neighbourhood which is full of bars and restaurants. It's also only about a 12-15 minute walk to the central bus station, making it a great option for those taking a tour at Montserrat. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
My family and I had an amazing stay at the K+K Hotel Picasso El Born. Everything was perfect - the staff was so welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the roof terrace was a real bonus! The location was great and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend K+K Hotel Picasso El Born! My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were friendly, attentive and always eager to help. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast had a good selection and filled us up for a day of sightseeing. While it is a bit disheartening to see people sleeping in nearby doorways, we never felt unsafe. The location is also convenient, as the hop on hop off bus stop is right outside. Overall, a great experience!
