The staff at this hoteel were really nice and helpfull. Our rooom was cosy and it had windos facing a qiuet side of the building, which was great. The towells were changed on the second day and the trach bin was emptied. The location was conveinient, close to the meto station and a lcal bar right nex door with tasty koffee and freash sandwiches and pastries. Plus, it was a short walk away from Park Guell, Sagrada Familia and Gratia district with their amazing cafees and restaurantes ?. ?? A great experience overall! ?????
Overall we had a great stay at the hotel located in a wonderful area of Barcelona. The room was comfortable and the staff was incredibly cheerful. However, there was no air conditioning and some noise, so if you're sensitive to those things this may not be the best option for you. A daily cleaning service of the room would be a nice addition. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay here and would definitely recommend it.
I returned yesterday from an enjoyable weekend getaway. This spot was clean and simple, and Albert, the host, was incredibly welcoming and gave us some great assistance with regards to Guell Park. The kitchen was useful for quick breakfasts, allowing us to save on our vacation expenses and utilise scrumptious fare from Market de boqueria. Plus, the nearby metro stop allowed us to access the city with ease - I'd definitely love to come back as there's still a lot to discover in Barcelona.
Staying at this hotel was quite pleasant! The location is convenient, it's just a three-hundred-meter walk from ? Lesseps Metro station. The staff was helpful, nice, and spoke English, which was great. The room we stayed in was spacious, with three ? windows that had wall-mounted heaters. There's no aircon but the ceiling fan did the job. The bathroom only had a shower cabin but it was enough. The kitchen area was especially useful as it was complete with all the necessary tools. On the ground floor there's a grocery that offers veggies, fruits, and beverages, and a Caprabo supermarket up the side street. And if you need anything else, just ask Albert from the staff, he's a ? person! All in all, it was a pleasant stay!
We had a twin room, but were kindly upgraded to room 8 which had a double bed and a sofa bed so four people could sleep. The shower was impressively powerful, and the two painted murals around the headboard gave the room an elegant touch. While it wasn't as luxurious as a 5-star hotel, the Monrooms was very clean, and offered excellent value compared to other accommodations in the area. It was located at the top of Gracia, and Albert and Geordi were perfect hosts in making us feel at home and providing great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Room 8 even had a balcony that overlooked a side street, but it was still quiet at night. There was a kitchen with a kettle, double hob, and even a shelf per room in the fridge. This was a great place to stay, and the price was very competitive. It was a 4-minute walk from Lesseps metro station, which was on the main line through Barcelona. It felt safe using the metro and we already plan on coming back. One small downside is that the pillow cases make the pillows into a thin rectangle, and there were some older towels that were fraying around the edges. But overall, this was a comfortable and clean place to stay.
