During our stay in Barcelona, the staff at our hotel truly stood out. One particular team member, Sandra, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Pau went above and beyond to suggest great places for us to eat and was incredibly helpful. The front desk was also fantastic in recommending various spots to visit. Overall, the entire staff was exceptional. We will certainly return to this hotel on our next visit and will highly recommend it to others.
The accommodation was decent with a few areas lacking. The service was exceptional. We chose an upgraded room which proved to be a wise choice. The hotel's amenities were satisfactory, particularly the sauna. However, the pool was not heated. The in-room TV was outdated and only had basic channels, and the bed was satisfactory. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel's prime location and top-notch service from the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend it.
I recently stayed at the NH Collection Barcelona Podium Hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location was superb, with plenty of great restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel itself had all the necessary amenities and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful and provided the best guidance, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the guest services desk for helping me book some excursions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay in Barcelona.
? My friends and I had an amazing ? 3-day vacation in ? Barcelona last September! The staff were ? so warm and accommodating, and our rooms were ? well-maintained and equipped. Plus, the ⭐️ central location was perfect for exploring the city's sights! ? The breakfast was also top-notch with plenty of options and ☕️ excellent coffee. This spot is definitely a ? great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in Barcelona!
?Great location, ? spacious bathrooms, and ? awesome amenities (?♀️, ?️ room service, ?️ gym). The only problem was the air conditioning only worked in the front bathroom part of the room. But overall, we had a lovely stay. They even provided a ?crib for our little one and a ?️ pull-out bed for our toddler. We were pleasantly surprised by the cute play area in the breakfast room, perfect for keeping young children entertained. ?
