This was my fiancé and I's first international trip together, so I was so pleased with the hotel I chose! The staff were wonderful and allowed us to check in a few hours early, which was perfect as I was exhausted after our flight from the USA and needed a nap and a shower. Our room was close to the elevator, but we couldn't hear anything which made it very peaceful. It was cozy, but with such a great location in the city centre of Barcelona, we really didn't need too much space. Not only were there lots of restaurants nearby, but there was also the metro and lots of shops. The bed was very comfy, and I was delighted that we could stream our HBO Max from our phones to the television. There was even a great place to eat next door to the hotel.
This hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Barcelona. You will not have to go far to reach Passeig De Gracia, and a nearby Metro station makes transport a breeze. If you're looking to go shopping or sightsee, this is the perfect place to stay. The hotel is neat and comfortable, making it a great place to stay for couples. The price is reasonable, without being too expensive. The staff are also incredibly friendly and accommodating.
I had the displeasure of staying at One Shot Aragó 257 and I can say without a doubt it was a terrible experience. The Terrace Room they advertised was a rip off; despite the extra fee we paid, it had no furniture, rendering it unusable, and to make matters even worse, it was smaller than the standard room our friends had. We complained about this but received no response whatsoever. I'd strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
Location is excellent and the reception staff are very nice and helpful. I had a spacious room with a clean and comfortable bed. The hotel lacks a kitchen to order food from, and there is no breakfast available, however all the amenities I needed were provided. The windows were quite old and not well insulated, which made it quite noisy due to its location on a busy main road. But other than that, I had a pleasant stay.
