Horrible experience. I spent 2000€ and received a triple service. Never again. Not even for free. The hôtél staff are rasists. Don't go thère. 1. Bad brekfast in the basemênt. (11£) 2. Very very uNpleaSant staff. 3. The roOms havE broken stuff in it, like the shower and the window. Not clean and no one come to clen. 4. It is centeR, but many drunk homelEess ppl just infront of the hôte, it's a siDe stReet from the main (much niceR street). 5. The "maNger" (a 25-27 years old boy) moveD me from a room to room almost every day. Half a day in Barcelona was bUsy with that, only because he cant run a place right. The top was when he forgot to book me a day so i neEed to go for one day in another hotel and come back after. 6. Same "maNger" makE a rasist comment on me and my ppl when i said i am not getting a good service. 7. Still didn't get my money back for the time i didnt stay or any compensãtion. Verry verry bad.
I had the worst hotel experience ever and it was so stressful, the facilities were atrocious and the staff attitudes were just poor. My shower even flooded the bathroom and the supposed 'gym' had no weights. When I even so politely asked to switch rooms, the receptionist - a rude and obviously untrained individual called Aixmena - was adamant that nothing could be done. And to top it off, the reception area was infested with cockroaches. Not to mention that the pool area was incredibly dangerous as there was no supervision. One day, I saw a group of adults having a drinking session with glass bottles near the pool where children were playing. When we checked out, we were relieved - although it was past check-out time because my friend was unwell - but the same receptionist Aixmena shouted at us and it was an upsetting end to our stay. It's unacceptable to have people like this in customer service roles and this hotel really needs to treat their customers with respect. To make matters worse, we left two valuable items in the wardrobe after our check out experience and when we asked the hotel staff for them they had gone missing. Avoid this place at all cost.
This is hands down ? the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in! From the spotless rooms to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was ? perfect. Even when we needed a bit of extra help due to airline troubles, they were more than happy to lend a hand. Highly ? recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing stay! ? ?
Staying at the Onix Rambla Hotel was an absolute delight! We had the pleasure of enjoying some truly comfortable beds, resulting in a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was absolutely superb, too. What's more, the powerful shower helped us to wake up each morning feeling refreshed, whilst the pool was the perfect way to cool down on hot days. The staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating; not once did they fail to meet our requests. All in all, our stay at the Onix Rambla was exceptional and we are itching to come back soon for another trip to the city!
This quaint little establishment proved to be a great spot to stay. The spacious rooms offer plenty of in-room amenities, such as a TV, mini fridge, and air conditioning. On top of that, the nice shutters block out the noise from the bustling street below and provide a beautiful view. It is conveniently located near many shops, restaurants, public transport, and attractions. The staff were especially accommodating, going above and beyond to help find a charger late at night. My young one also appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate in the breakfast room! While the rooftop pool looked amazing, it was too chilly at the time of our visit...perhaps next time!
