I recently made a mistake when booking a hotel and had to cancel immediately. Although I received a confirmation of my booking as well as cancellation, they still refused to refund my £218. ? Despite me trying to get in touch through various methods, they never responded to any of my messages or calls. ? I couldn't get my money back until the credit card company intervened. The booking was made 6 months in advance so I was really disappointed that they wouldn't refund and I'm sure they had plenty of time to resell the room. ??♂️I would definitely advise not to trust this accommodation as it's completely unethical and caused me a lot of stress. ?????♂️
