This accommodation was perfectly located just off La Ramblas, providing easy access to the Gothic quarter and a short journey from Barcelona Cathedral. Not far from the airport, the aerobus drops off tourists within 25 minutes and their website provided clear instructions. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. The room was basic but clean, and the maid cleaned each day even if it was unnecessary. Fresh towels were available daily. Room 106 was unfortunately close to the vending machine and noise had to be endured from coffee drinkers early in the morning. The breakfast was available at £4, however this was not worth the price as it only offered tea/coffee, croissant and a toast with marmalade. There was a convenient supermarket next to the hotel.
This hotel is great - only 300 meters from La Rambla. The room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast provided, but there is a cake shop right next door with inexpensive eats. We could not hear any noise from outside, but the walls are thin, and we could hear a French man swearing in the bathroom. Quel horror! We assume he was looking in the mirror. Additionally, when the shower and toilets are running, it can be quite loud.
This hostal is perfectly situated close to La Rambla and within walking distance to the Barcelona cathedral and the Gothic quarter. It is conveniently located near the main square, from where you can get on a Hop on Hop off bus. The room and bathroom were small but neat and tidy, and daily maid service is provided. Additionally, a kettle accompanied with tea and coffee is available in the room. Furthermore, a supermarket is closeby. All in all, this hostal is great value for money.
We had a triple room on the top floor with a small balcony and a wonderful view of Barcelona's downtown! The location of the hostal is fantastic. Inside the room everything was basic, but clean and comfortable. It featured AC and coffee/tea facilities. We enjoyed our stay in the hostal and the price was unbeatable. The reception staff should also be acknowledged for their friendliness and politeness. We are definitely coming back!

The location was really great - and the price too! I was expecting basic accommodation for the amount I paid and that's exactly what I got. The room was small but it was clean and had a private bathroom. We weren't looking for luxury during this trip, as we wanted to be out and about. So the accommodation was perfect for our needs!
