This was a great experience staying at the Pol & Grace Hotel. Everything about it was comfortable and cozy. The rooms were well set out and very spacious, complete with a nice big bed. Even in winter the temperature was perfect. My two cats even enjoyed their stay - they wanted to stay forever! The lobby was also well-equipped and perfect for a break, with free hot drinks and cheap snacks. We had the yoghurt cake each morning for 1 Euro and it was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel, it's much nicer than some of the more expensive, yet less comfortable places I've stayed in. The bathroom was also surprisingly large and even contained a bath. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we need to stay in central Madrid.
This hotel is so great and very reasonably priced. Everything was perfect - the room was spacious and spotless, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and the tea was delicious. It's in a great location too, close to all the restaurants and transport links, and yet it was still so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this lovely accommodation!
We have always enjoyed our stays at Pol & Grace Hotel due to its convenient location and the friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. It's close to the metro, making it easy to reach the center of Barcelona, while at the same time offering a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. This experience was no different, and we had a great stay, making it our third time back in this hotel. Highly recommended!
I had a great stay at Pol & Grace Hotel - the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect - quiet but with easy access to nearby attractions. We stayed in a triple room which had plenty of space for the three of us, and the hotel amenities were top notch. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience.
