The service provided by the reception staff was exceptional. They were extremely attentive and always ready to assist with any request. This truly enhanced our experience. The room was not very spacious, but it was tastefully decorated. It had all the necessary amenities for a brief stay, as it is a 3-star establishment. The bed was sizeable and comfortable. The wifi connection was reliable and efficient. However, it's worth noting that not all rooms include a desk, so it's advisable to inquire during check-in if this is a requirement for you.

As frequent travelers, we've stayed at countless hotels in Spain and abroad. Our recent visit to Barcelona led us to book a room at a certain hotel, as all other options were fully booked due to major events in the city. We overlooked the warning signs when the hotel demanded payment in advance with no possibility for a refund. When we called to inquire about parking, we were given incorrect information and almost got towed by the police. Access to the hotel was not easy, and once inside, we were disappointed to find worn furniture and finishes, not quite like the pictures on their website. The promised wine bar was a mere decoration with a few bottles on ice at the reception. Our room was small, lacking amenities, and had a strange layout. The bedsheet was stained, the remote control was broken, and we couldn't even close the window. Breakfast was a letdown with limited options. Despite ordering a taxi for an important appointment, we had to make our own way there. While the staff was friendly, they didn't go above and beyond to make our stay better. Overall, we regretted our decision to stay here and would not recommend it to anyone. ?‍♂️??

Located in a prime location, the Praktik Vinoteca Hotel in Barcelona is the perfect spot for any traveler. Not only are the rooms comfortable and centrally located, but the standout feature for me was the incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff. Every person I interacted with was helpful and polite, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The breakfast options were simple yet satisfying, with a selection of pastries, bread, and cheeses, along with a cup of coffee, and the option to enjoy it in the charming outdoor area. If I have one suggestion, it would be to provide bottled water and coffee facilities in the room for convenience. Overall, my stay at Praktik Vinoteca was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel was really nice and modern. The rooms may be a bit small, but it's pretty standard for this city. Everything was clean and well-kept. Just a couple of critiques: the toilet paper was quite thin and there was no mini-fridge in the room. But the concierge was incredibly helpful and really friendly.

The rooms are of typical size for Europe, but the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Guests can get a free glass of wine on arrival, which is a nice perk, though it would be great if it were available every night of your stay since the hotel has a wine focus. All in all, it's a decent place to stay, and it's conveniently positioned for a two-night stay.
