Our stay at this hostel was ?! We were on a 5-week trip and had stayed at several other hostels, but this one was by far the best. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming; the rooms were spotless and ?. The hostel was on one level with no stairs, which was definitely a plus. Plus, they had coffee machines - always a plus! ? Not only that, but they had some great activities too. ? We would rate this hostel 10/10 and recommend it without hesitation! ?
My stay at this Hostel was great! I stayed in a 6 bed dorm with an en-suite bathroom and was able to check-in early which was really helpful to get out and explore. The bunk beds had fresh linen, with curtains for privacy and a locker underneath for my stuff. There was also an electrical socket and USB point. ? The only issue was with the bathroom which was a bit cramped and didn't have a window or a fan. ? The Location was good, five minutes walk to the metro station and the staff were friendly and welcoming.️ They also had nights out and free dinners ? at 9pm, which I regretfully didn't get a chance to partake, but it was the height of summer & it is hot in Barcelona! ? All in all, a really enjoyable stay! ?
I had a wonderful time in this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was tranquil and enjoyable, and the price was unbelievable. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay.
This place was ?! Super cozy and clean, even the 16-bed room I stayed in was quieter than most 6-bed dorms in hostels I've stayed in. It was really the best out of the five hostels in Barcelona that I visited and probably the best hostel experience I'd ever had. I'm actually taking the time to write a review which I've never done before, that's how great it was! ? I highly recommend this place, five ???!
This place is in need of some maintenance - it was enough to make us move to the centre of the city. Although it’s close to Gaudí parc, it’s far away from the centre, a 15 minute walk to the closest metro station. The showers were terrible, needing intense handling to keep the water warm. There isn’t much space, unlike the pictures suggest. Most of the staff are okay, but there was an unfortunate cancellation of an evening event. We wouldn’t recommend this place - there are better hostels, even just for a few euro more, located in the city centre. There was a very strong atmosphere of feminism (even insults towards male guests) and noise levels were high due to troubled people and the addicted snoring in the same room. There was an illegal immigrant group staying here that created a prison-like feel. One German guest had particular difficulty sleeping here, and, all in all, this ruined their journey to Barcelona and almost prevented them from seeing the city. To sum up; old, poor, bad sleep, hostile atmosphere, troubled people, and far from the centre.
