This hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a wide selection. The staff at the reception are welcoming and knowledgeable with fluency in English. It is conveniently located near many restaurants, public transportation, and the main shopping district. Unfortunately, the lack of a kettle and mini-fridge was a bit underwhelming compared to other accommodations we have stayed at.
I had a great stay at the Ronda House Hotel in Barcelona. The room I stayed in was modern and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, with two metro stations close by, though street noise may be an issue given that it is a prime spot in the city centre. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional and the reception area was very nice. My room was immaculately clean and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionists were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the location was excellent. As a vegetarian, there wasn't a huge selection for breakfast, but this didn't affect my visit. I'm already missing it now!
Horrendous customer service. Stay away! If I could give no stars, I would. A complete waste of money. Absolutely no customer service. Rude staff. Do not go!
I stayed here last week and I was very disappointed. The noise level was unbearable and the breakfast was disgusting. The staff was even worse, not caring about the guests at all. I really regret booking my stay here and there were zero COVID-19 safety measures in place. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and urge people to look for alternative options.
