ROOM RONDA

This hotel was a total disapointment ? The lack of air conditioner made the room unbareable at 80°F and when we asked for help, all they told us was to open a window ? Yet, the window opened to a courtyard with absolutley no aire flow ? Not recommeneded at all ?⛔️?‍♂️

The Hotel Ronda Lesseps was great. It was clean and conveniently located with easy access to public transport. The value for money was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful New Year's stay here with our son, however the breakfast and room cleaning could use some improvement. Slippers were not provided in the rooms, and be careful in the shower as it was quite slippery! All in all, highly recommended!

appalled to find it totally unsuitable for me. Firstly, it was exceedingly hot, so much so that opening the windows did not make any positive change. What is more, my bedroom was facing the street with a loud traffic noise throughout the day and night. Finally, its bed was so uncomfortable that I was unable to rest in a proper way.

I was initially optimistic as I had stayed at Hotel Ronda Lesseps before in April 2013, where I found the bedroom to be comfortable and peaceful - conditions I expected to find on my return. Unfortunately, my stay proved to be an absolute nightmare. Upon check-in, I was allocated bedroom 405, where I was met with an unbearable heat, a deafening noise from the street, and an overly uncomfortable bed. I felt I had no option but to check out on July 21st and book in another hotel for the remainder of my stay in Barcelona. It's a shame, as I had such fond memories of my first stay, but I can't recommend Hotel Ronda Lesseps based on my recent experience.

We had a great stay in Hotel Ronda Lesseps and wanted to thank the staff, especially Jannice, RJ and Anna, for making our stay so enjoyable. They did a great job in making us feel welcome and at home. The location is great too, close to the center and all the tourist attractions in the city. The food was delicious and worth the price. My experience at Hotel Ronda Lesseps was terrible. The walls were so thin that the slightest sound from the hallway could be heard. The door was misaligned and there was a huge gap between it and the floor, letting light in from the hallway. Furthermore, the receptionist's attitude was uncomfortably rude and cold. The worst part was that after 11:00 in the night, there was no kitchen and I was told I couldn't heat up my baby food in the microwave. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and to think that it is advertised as a 4 star hotel is a joke. You might think it's a great deal, but in the end, you'll regret it.
