This 3-star hotel offers basic accommodation and the beds can be a little hard. The breakfast is alright; however, a larger area is needed. It lacks terrace, pool, and bar areas, but the staff are very welcoming. If you want a smaller room, this might suit your needs.
This hotel had an amazing staff! Ariadna and Raul were so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it the perfect choice while in Barcelona.
The room we were allocated was spotless and spacious and its location in the city was ideal for us. We will definitely come back.
We have just returned from a fantastic break in Barcelona and our stay at this hotel couldn't have been better. Sunny, the receptionist, was very warm and friendly yet professional. We were completely taken care of! The room allocated to us was spotless and airy while its location in the city was just perfect for us. We'll be back soon for sure.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! Unless you want to be spoken to like an idiot or want to be robbed for your money. The man behind the desk had an attitude and loud voice, and shouted across the desk. We weren't made aware of the check out procedure, but were then charged 115 euros just to get our stuff out of the room. This was not a tax issue, they had charged us for an extra day. When we brought it up to him, we were shouted at and threatened with police for no reason. Understandably, I was in shock and became angry in response, my partner was made to feel threatened. In the end I shouted back and got our stuff. The rooms were untidy and filthy and the customer service was disgusting. Barcelona itself is a lovely place to visit, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. You should be ashamed of yourselves....

This place was super ? cozy and pleasant! Each and every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. The ? rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom was big with an amazing shower. Breakfast offered plenty of options and was delicious. Best of all, it's located just a 10-minute ?♂️ walk away from Segrada Familia. Highly recommended! ?
