Staying at this hotel was a ?? experience. Though the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, was very pleasant and helpful, other facilities were very basic. There was no toothbrush provided, not even free ? or ☕️. There was also no ?, the safe was broken and not repaired, and the phone wasn't working either. Though it was away from the hustle and bustle, it was also far from any markets. ?♂️
We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was courteous and let us check out an hour later, but the manager was very rude with us. They could have politely refused, but they didn't need to take that attitude. We were very disappointed.
This proved to be an excellent choice for my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and always had a smile on their face. They looked after me with efficiency. The accommodation is of a good standard, the room I stayed in was clean, airy and well lit, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. On the whole the residence was stylish and the people very hospitable. There was nothing negative about my experience. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was delightful and the room was big, neat, and had all the features one might need. The rooftop was great to take a break and take in the sights. Plus, there were plenty of amenities like a gym, restaurant, bar, and communal workspace. We definitely plan on returning!
My stay at this Barcelona hotel was extraordinary! The staff were extremely welcoming and personable, and they coordinate a fantastic range of activities and events. I was lucky enough to get a room with an incredible view of the Sagrada. I'm sure I'll be back in the future, both to take a vacation and to join up as a co-working member.
