The Social Hub Barcelona Poblenou

I had an incredibly vibrant experience at The Social Hub Barcelona Poblenou Hotel. The rooms were the perfect size and the bed was possibly one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Although we didn't have the chance to try out any of the other amenities, I have no doubt they are also fantastic. The staff were all exceptionally polite and accommodating. We opted out of breakfast, but it looked absolutely amazing. To our surprise, the crew gave us a complimentary croissant with our morning coffee. Such a lovely touch!

During my stay, I noticed the bathroom was cleaned only once out of three times and it seemed to be done very quickly. To my disappointment, there was hair left behind from the previous guest in the shower tray and on the floor upon my arrival. I also had to request for a towel change at the reception.

Our recent stay at The Social Hub Barcelona Poblenou Hotel left much to be desired. While it may be suitable for a work trip, it falls short of providing a top-notch hotel experience. The corridor had a less-than-pleasant odor and was noticeably dirty. On a positive note, the hotel room was charming and clean, with efficient use of space. However, the shower was a major disappointment with low water pressure and a damaged door that posed a safety concern. Another inconvenience was the lack of early morning refreshments, as even a simple coffee was unavailable before 8:00am. This was particularly frustrating for those wanting to hit the gym before starting their day. Speaking of the gym, although it was well-equipped, it was quite small and often overcrowded. The biggest letdown was breakfast. Nothing was ready on time and the service was severely lacking. In fact, I even found myself assisting another guest in making a cappuccino as the staff seemed to be avoiding serving customers and engaging in their own conversations. Overall, our experience at this hotel was disappointing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, with great amenities such as pools, a gym, and even free laundry services. The modern room design added to the overall experience. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was situated in a peaceful and safe up-and-coming area, while still being close to the bustling tourist center thanks to the convenient metro. This hotel was the perfect choice for my week-long visit and I will definitely consider staying at other Social Hub locations in Europe in the future.

During our recent business trip to Barcelona, my colleagues and I had the opportunity to stay at a modern and impeccably clean hotel. The location was convenient, being close to the metro and providing easy access to all parts of the city. Our rooms were spacious enough to accommodate work if needed, and I must say the beds were incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby each night. While the hotel also had fitness and pool facilities, unfortunately our busy schedule didn't allow us to make use of them.
