Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The balcony boasted a beautiful view of the green square opposite. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even concerning our check-in time. If you're looking for a hotel with reasonably priced rooms in a great location, you won't be disappointed.
I would not suggest this hotel. They canceled my booking without prior warning, and when I contacted them they said that the room I booked was already rented and there were no other rooms available. All of my plans to see family were ruined.
I was so disappointed when I found out that not only was I not allowed to change my booking dates, but also not be refunded my money - despite providing proof of my COVID test. Even more disappointing was the fact that they were open to accepting people with only 'mild' cases of COVID and suggesting that all I had to do was wear a mask and sanitize my hands whilst in the hotel - surely this should be common sense? There was a complete lack of responsibility and consideration for their guests' health and well-being. The conversation I had through booking.com was proof that they were willing to accept me as a guest even if I was positive - zero respect or commitment to the truth, and no regard for the safety of their customers. I am thankful that I was not able to stay here, because I can't even begin to imagine how bad the experience would have been. Everyone is at risk of getting COVID - what world are you living in?
We were looking for a place to stay in Barcelona that would meet all our criteria: prime waterfront location, close to metro stations, and friendly staff. We found exactly that at this new small hotel. The room was extremely clean and the views of the marina made for a great addition to our stay. The staff were more than accommodating and even carried our luggage up the stairs for us. All in all, it was a highly positive experience.
Me and my sister (22&21 y/o) stayed here at the end of february for 3 nights, the customer service was extraordinary and there was a super friendly woman who welcomed us every morning. The beds were comfortable and the air con was really efficient, cooling down the room quickly! It was very centrally situated, with the metro being just a two minute walk away. This was the ideal affordable accommodation for the weekend, very tranquil and cosy! Close to the beach, the marina, and restaurants. The shower was excellent as well! We will be reserving this same hotel next time we visit Barcelona!
