This hotel was the perfect choice for my stay in Barcelona! It is located in the Paseo de Gracia, in the heart of the city. Shopping is a breeze with Kenzo, Loewe, and other top brands a step away from the hotel entrance. The iconic Casa Batllo and Casa Mila are also just a short walk away, as well as the Mandarin Oriental, across the street. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. Even better, managing everything - from reserving tours to ordering room service - can be done entirely through their app. I would highly recommend Sonder Paseo de Gracia and can't wait to stay there again.
Stayed at Sonder Paseo de Gracia recently. I can't believe the mess-up they made! They gave us the wrong room and when we asked them to change it, they said they would, though we had to wait till the late evening, which was a lie! We were even asked to share a bed, even though we have a business relationship and are not a couple. The receptionist said they would give us a refund, which never came. Pretty awful service! Not sure how they got such a good rating. Will definitely be looking into taking this further legally.
