If you're looking for a place to stay while you explore the city without spending a fortune, a hostel is a great idea. We decided to give it a try and we were really pleased with the outcome. The rooms were safe, clean and decent, and there was a fabulous communal area with the facilities to cook and eat. A supermarket was also just next door. The only downside was that the video games were not available when we were there and there was no live music on Thursday. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay with their kids while discovering the city.
This establishment is truly awful and I would strongly advise staying away from it. It is far from the center of Barcelona, in a bad neighborhood that includes a homeless camp. Moreover, the visuals online are false and don’t reflect the actual conditions. The water in the bathroom doesn’t even work. Despite expressing my discomfort politely, I was met with a very hostile receptionist and a condescending tone. The customer service was truly horrendous and the hostel is infested with bugs. My friend and I stayed for 30 minutes before we decided to leave and look for an alternate place to stay. Do not stay here - I cannot stress this enough.

As an organiser for our school trip, this place has everything and more than you can ask for! This year (our second visit) we took a group of 18 students (15 years old). When we arrived their comments were "Miss, this is like a hotel!!" (They were right 100%),"Miss, we don't have to share the shower!!".... Fab when you have to get 20 people ready in just 1 hour!! Lol The hostel director, Josep Aguilar, couldn't speak highly enough about him....Extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. He booked our trip to Sagrada Familia (private guide tour included) , excursions to Theme Park, Aquatic Park, airport transfer.... Even a gorgeous paella night at the hostel's Terrace. Delicious, yummy, authentic paella (believe me, I am a proper Spaniard :)), flamenco music and dancer, comfy seats, fab views... Proper Spanish immersion...over the moon... Can't wait to come back next year! Thank you so much! Mil gracias chicos! ….Miss
This hostel was great! The room was immaculate and every bed had its own spacious locker. The staff were always willing to lend a helping hand. While it is a bit removed from the city center, it's only a 25 minute walk or a short Metro ride away. Highly recommended!
My second stay in Barcelona was a pleasure thanks to this hostel ?! All the rooms were clean and well equipped, with comfy beds. Even though it's not in the heart of the city, the area is great - close to the beach and the city center. Plus, there's a great rooftop terrace ? where you can take in some amazing views! But what really makes this hostel special is the service - the staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive ?. Also, the reception is open 24/7, so you don't need to worry if you arrive late ?. All in all, I couldn't recommend this hostel more and I'm sure to stay here again if I come back to Barcelona ???!
