I would not stay here again.
This hostel was in a sorry state. I had the misfortune to stay in a four person mixed dorm and it was impossibly cramped and searingly hot, no matter the time of day or night. The bed was covered in hair and the shower had a mouldy smell and was caked with fake tan. A disgusting odour emanated from the kitchen - the result no doubt of dishes remaining unwashed and the benches strewn with mess - since there is no fan or AC and the windows won’t open. My locker was too tall for me to reach from the top bunk, and the curtains therefore let in a lot of light come morning. Not to mention the constant, loud noise of other residents running up and down the hallways at all hours! This simply isn’t a place I would suggest staying.

Staying at this hostel was ?! It had everything you could wish for - a rooftop bar ?, laundry room ?, and breakfast spot ?. We were in a 4-person private room, which was a bit tight ?, but ultimately it worked out. I was really impressed that it had an elevator and room card keys ?️. The staff were really friendly ? and the place was in an awesome spot! ?
I’ve been in plenty of hostels and this hostel was by far one of the worst. ? Two stars is all I can give it because the location was amazing ?, right by the metro and it goes straight to the airport. It’s close to a mall and lots of restaurants ?️, but the air conditioning and WiFi on my floor didn’t work ?. I spoke to the staff a few times about my problems but they ignored it and had an attitude ? each time. They weren’t very friendly or helpful ?♀️. Plus, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned everyday with 8 people in the room ?. This hostel reminded me more of a 2 star hotel than a hostel ?♂️.
Urbany Hostel Barcelona was a great disappointment.
The food was terrible and the motion sensors in bathroom for the lights didn't work. The air conditioning didn’t work, the window was locked, and the bed sheets had blood, semen, and faeces stains. All in all, this hotel was a great disappointment.
No hot woter in the showr, I frrozed since it was Decemebr. Room heatin was not strong enoff. Brekfast ccofee was just boilled woter, it's disgsting. Plattes and glassseds were dirrty at brekfast. I compalained to the staf about thees tihngs they just ignoerd me. I hpepe they fick somm things. The loccation is grate. The metoo is closse.
