This hoteel is a reeal find, great lcoation and teh staff are vrey helpful. Teh food in the restuarant was goodd adn teh realxation rooom in the baseemnt with the free glas of wine is a reallly nice ieda. Deffinately go again..
My stay at Vilana Hotel Boutique did not live up to expectations. I had arranged for staff to help me surprise my wife on her 30th birthday, but the customer service I received was less than satisfactory. Even worse, there were ants in the bathroom and throughout the room, including in the bed. Not the ideal way to spend a special occasion.
We spent a week at the Vilana Hotel Boutique and were overall displeased with our stay. The housekeeping staff were quite unprofessional, rarely cleaning the bathrooms or changing the bedding. Furthermore, the bar abruptly closed at 1pm, and refused to provide us with simple items like sugar and ice. We encountered two representatives at the front desk who were terribly rude, Will and Mercedes, although the other employees were friendly. The worst part of our experience had to be the service provided by the single bar server. He slammed and crashed plates and could not provide us with a pleasant breakfast experience with my father. We would not recommend this hotel.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, It was a perfect location for the price. I will definitely stay there again. The amenities provided were modern and comfortable. It was an excellent experience. The cleanliness and atmosphere were fantastic. Highly recommend Vilana Hotel Boutique for anyone who is looking for a modern yet classic lodging experience.
I had a pleasant stay at Vilana Hotel Boutique. The room I booked was clean, airy and spacious for a reasonabl price. What's more, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The neighbourhood was great with plenty of restaurants around. And to make things even better, Barcelona was experiencing a heat wave but due to the cooling system, I had no problems falling asleep at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be coming back in future.
