The level of cleanliness did not meet our expectations, as we found hairs all over the bed and the room was not cleaned or tidied up during our entire stay. Additionally, we were concerned about the security of the hostel. The main front door, which led to the main road, did not lock and remained open at all times, allowing anyone to enter. Furthermore, the PIN code for accessing the 7th floor had rubbed off, making it easy for anyone to guess and access the area. This made us feel uneasy about leaving our personal belongings in the room. Even though each door had its own key, overall we did not feel safe during our stay and would not choose to stay here again. However, we must mention that the staff were excellent and provided us with helpful tips during our first trip to Barcelona.
The room was surprisingly roomy and provided a great level of comfort with aircon. We had 3 bathrooms that were well maintained and had ample supplies which meant you rarely had to wait. The staff were really helpful and always friendly. The bus stops were close by and the metro was slightly further away, however the Sagrada Familia and Pg de Gracia were both fairly walkable. The only downside was the fact that the hostel was advertised as being on the 3rd floor but it was actually the 4th. We didn’t consider using the lift but it was an option. All in all it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

We got the private room with bathroom and so far it was clean and comfortable. It comes with breakfast and there's an old elevator, which is great for those with big luggages. The wifi works really well and the staff have been helpful. We'd definitely come back here and recommend it to our friends.
This hostel really dropped the ball! We paid double for our stay due to an error on their website. The place wasn't as spotless as we would have liked and the soap dispensers were all empty - especially concerning during this ongoing pandemic. All in all, a huge disappointment.
This place was awesome! We stayed as 3 friends, and each of us had our own space. The room had big windows that let in lots of sunshine, and the common area was great, with a snooker table and PAC MAN games. Plus, there was a shared kitchen with good facilities. The cleaning service was excellent too. Overall it was a fantastic stay! Gracias! ?
