This guesthouse offers a large terrace accessible to all rooms as well as a shared kitchen and refrigerator. The rooms are equipped with high ceilings, making it a great spot for families with young children. The rooms are newly renovated, making them modern and comfortable. There are complimentary tea, coffee and cereals available in the freezer, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. All in all, it's a great place for a pleasant stay!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at this boutique guesthouse! We were there for four nights and had the best time. It is situated in the Exiample district, very centrally located, and in walking distance to all the main attractions in Barcelona (Casa Batllo, Sagrada Familia, etc.), but there is also a metro stop close by for further convenience. The rooms are tidy and comfortable ( it even has air-con!), and the whole place is authentically decorated with graffiti and paintings in a very relaxed atmosphere. There is also a communal space (lounge, kitchen and terrace) which is a great option if you want to cook your own dinner or simply chill outside. Andrea was fantastic as the host/manager - he made us feel very welcomed and was very friendly and helpful (we arrived and left late). He even gave us some great recommendations! We found a new favorite spot to stay in Barcelona and can't wait to come back soon!

This basic guesthouse makes up for lack of luxry in a luxury 'hood by being a virtual guidebook to your visit. It has most everythin you need for a comfortable stay: comfy bed, lots of hot water, access to a full kitchen, a big terific back porch and local art throughout. No lift is a bit of a drag and don't expect 24/7 front desk service. But when the owner Steve and his right hand man Andrea are there, they provide insider tips on restuarnts, transport, the nieghborhood and just abotu anything else you want to know. Plus they are really good guys who care about your stay being top notch. Essenitially you feel at home and that is what a good guesthouse in a big city should do. It is also reasonablu priced for it's great central location which is an added bonus when your staying 4 nights as we did…

This boutique guesthouse provided us with a wonderful stay. Its central location in the Eixample, with access to public transportation and walking distance to major attractions, was ideal. The rooms were comfortable and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with snacks like cereal, tea, and milk. There were also computers and phones available to contact the friendly owner Andrea. The terrace was very enjoyable and we especially appreciated the paintings throughout the property. Andrea was gracious and kind, providing us with a map and highlighting all the important sites, restaurants, and more. We were also aware of the other guests but Andrea reminded us to always be considerate of others' rest time. We had a great stay and absolutely recommend it.

I had an incredible time during my first ever visit to Barcelona! My host, Andrea, was so helpful, giving me the inside scoop on the city - from great restaurants to must-see sights to areas to avoid due to pickpocketing. Plus, I was fortunate to have a lovely room, complete with a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a nice bathroom. To top it off, breakfast snacks were provided along with a fully-stocked kitchen. After a long day of sightseeing, I could retreat to the wonderful terrace - full of sunshine and perfect for winding down. For a cost-friendly stay with a bit of luxury, I highly recommend this place!
