Good value 3 star hotel. Abba Rambla Hotel was simple but clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. Breakfast had a decent selection which was a nice bonus for the price. A fantastic location for exploring the city with many attractions nearby. Even though the immediate area wasn't the best, it felt safe and secure at all times. My mum and I stayed here and we enjoyed our stay. It's a major city like any other yet we felt safe and provided with all the amenities. Definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Abba Rambla Hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were more then happy to grant us early access to our room. The room was of a good size and the bathroom was well appointed with a hair dryer, a magnifying mirror and a bath - all of which my wife loved. The only downside to the room was the flooring, which was dated, chipped and not very well fitted. Sergi, in particular, really stood out as an exceptional member of staff - he was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel's location was great; it was within walking distance to the Ramblas and easy to access. Unfortunately, my wife wasn't too keen to explore the Raval area due to the slight feeling of insecurity. Overall though, we had a pleasant experience and would stay here again!
