When our online reservations ? weren't quite right, a certain Rebeca ?♀️ went above and beyond ? to make sure that our family's needs were taken care of. We are incredibly thankful ????, as the room was spotless ?, spacious ?, and comfy ? enough for all of us. Thanks a million ?, Rebeca!! ?
Staying at this mid-range ? hotel in Barcelona, I got to experience all the amenities a Marriott Bonvoy member ? expects. The politeness of the English-speaking front desk staff ? was great, and I enjoyed the comfy beds ? and plenty of space in the room ?. But what really stood out for me were the unbelievably soft bath towels ?! I wanted to just roll around in them and take them home with me ?. Highly recommend this place!
Greeting all Barcelona visitors, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place to stay. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay a great one - it feels like having old friends! From the moment you arrive after a long flight, Anna and Carolina at the front desk offer a warm welcome. And that was just the beginning. The room was perfect, and then it was time to dine at the restaurant. We were greeted by the ever-smiling Romina and her excellent service. The food and drinks were great, and we even stuck around to chat and joke with Sbas the bartender and our friend Romina. Despite the short visits, we had a ton of fun. For recommendations of where to go and what to do, we went back to our friend Anna, who was an endless source of information. We can't forget our housekeeper Shirley, who was always friendly and accommodating with a smile when we passed in the hallways. With a staff like this, it's clear that whoever is in charge should be very proud. We had a great room and an unforgettable stay - thanks to the staff at this lovely establishment!
This hotel is incredible! Every AC hotel we've visited (Cordoba and Madrid) has provided great rooms, great service, and delicious food. Our room, 532, was huge! With two big beds, a table, and a beautiful view of the park. We decided to go for the breakfast option, but we were a bit let down by the limited vegetarian options and the not-so-clean dishes and cups. A bit more supervision on this aspect would be nice. On the other hand, the receptionists and housekeepers were perfect. We'd definitely stay here again!
This hotel is in the business district, conveniently located in close proximity to the camp nou soccer stadium. This area boasts high-end stores and a massive mall right next door, complete with a food market and food court downstairs. Everything else, from the room to the amenities, was excellent. The only major issue was the attitude of the front desk staff- they were not particularly welcoming and seemed to show favoritism when helping other guests. The staff could benefit from cultural training and increased awareness to ensure all races are treated equally.
