AC Hotel Irla by Marriott

This hotel was a great find in a lovely area of the city. Conveniently located near charming neighborhoods and the city center, it was ideal for exploring. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch service. While our room was on the smaller side, it was peaceful and cozy. The fitness center had everything needed for a good workout. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, where they'll even make you a delicious omelette upon request.

Upon arriving, we were greeted with a warm welcome and found the location to be very convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hot breakfast offered a wide selection. The decor was modern and updated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Our only suggestion would be to have more plugins in the room. It's worth noting that the rooms are on the smaller side, but luxury should not solely be based on square footage.

During my first solo trip to Barcelona, I chose a hotel in a charming and peaceful neighborhood, away from the bustling city. I couldn't have made a better decision. This boutique hotel exudes exceptional customer service, and I am truly grateful to the attentive staff, particularly Sergio and Iris. Their warm and professional demeanor made me feel at ease and provided great recommendations for things to do. In addition, the water pressure and hairdryer at this hotel were top-notch, two things that are essential for any traveler. I highly recommend giving this place a chance, you won't regret it.

The AC Hotel Irla by Marriott is a great spot for a stay in Barcelona. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, but still within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and other attractions. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Also, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and informative. In particular, Sergio and Iris at the front desk provided us with the exact location of a nearby Covid test center. Out of the hotel, we tried two great eateries that were recommended to us, Patron for local cuisine and Luigi's for delicious pasta. We were highly impressed with the standard of service and facilities at this hotel and will definitely come back here in the future.

AC Hotel Irla by Marriott was great for a short stay. The hotel is in a great part of town, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The room was small, but given the price I paid, it was to be expected. It was clean and modern, and perfect for my short stay. The hotel didn't have a lot of amenities, but that's not usually expected at a lower-priced location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in the area.
