This hotel is a great location and generally had nice accommodation. I had a pleasant stay until the third night when a dripping noise woke us up in the middle of the night. I investigated and found water dripping from the ceiling of our bathroom. We called the front desk and he came up and had a look. We were provided with a key to a different room for that night and could leave our things in our original room. While the alternate room was lower standard, the next day the issue was solved and we were moved to a new room. In general, it was satisfactory and the staff was helpful and attentive.
Enjoyed my stay at AC Hotel Irla by Marriott and thought the location was perfect. Calm and quiet with easy access to the main roads. Reception was excellent and they were able to speak English with me as I'm not very proficient in Spanish. Bed was great, it had four pillows as expected and the bathroom was nice. All of the furniture was clean and in good condition, no dents or scratches. Overall, a great place to stay for my business trip as well as going out for a few adventures. Highly recommend staying here!
