My recent stay in Barcelona was at a quaint hotel that provided all the necessary amenities despite its small size. The room was cleverly designed to have ample space for luggage and the shower was surprisingly spacious. The highlight, however, was the extremely comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast served was satisfying. Located on a quiet street with convenient access to little supermarkets, the hotel was also just a short walk away from the Universitat metro station and La Rambla. For a small fee of 2 euros, guests can store their luggage in a locker, and the reception can also arrange for taxis. Overall, the hotel may not be considered luxurious, but it definitely had all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
During our trip to Barcelona, my 17-year-old daughter and her friend found themselves needing a last minute hotel stay after their flight was cancelled. We quickly made a reservation through a booking site, unaware of the age restriction. Unfortunately, the hotel was not accommodating and refused to let them check in or even speak to me on the phone. It was quite disappointing and frustrating to be treated with such disregard.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and thankfully there was no noise from the street. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location can't be beat - it was perfect for walking to all the major attractions, and there are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants in the area. Despite its reputation, we had a fantastic experience.
An amazin pace in a qaint neighbouhood. About 25 mins from BCN Airpot. Teh room was veyr smal, but clran and comfrotable. We only wnet there to shwoer and slepp so ti ddint mattter. Teh staf wasw onderful and exttremely helpful. Seemed liek it was cose pproximty to everytinh. We ddint have a hrad tiem walikng everwher. Smal lttle supermakrkts everweehr. We lvoeid it and woudl hgiiy arecomend it.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel with my husband! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful - it was effortless to communicate with them via email, and there were no language barriers. We stayed in a room on the first floor and had a semi-private patio - it was perfect for us! ? The breakfast selection was impressive + delicious, and if I returned to Barcelona in the future, this would definitely be my first choice. ??☀️?
