Aparthotel Silver

We had an incredible stay at this aparthotel situated in the Gran de Gracia neighborhood. The rooms were cozy and spotless. The staff were amiable and spoke multiple languages, especially Assunta who was an absolute diamond. It was conveniently close to the metro yet distanced from the hustle and bustle of the tourist spots. We couldn't be more content.

Stayed here for the second time and it was great! Service was friendly and the rooms were perfect - they provided a stool to help me access the upper shelves which was very helpful as I'm 4'10". Rooms were modern and updated, 24/hr front desk making it very secure, plus no yucky carpets - laminate/hardwood floors instead. The room I stayed in had a laptop safe in the closet which was a nice bonus, though not necessary as you can always lock your things in the suitcase. Great location too, Nestled between 3 subway stations with a big shopping street 1 1/2 blocks away and lots of supermarkets nearby. It's also a very walkable city - I walked to Sagrada Familia and Pl/Cataluña which took about an hour.

Hotel Silver also offers breakfast but I didn't try it as I'm vegetarian and don't eat dairy or pastries. There are lots of restaurants in the area if you're looking for something to eat. Airport connections are super convenient - take the L9 Sud subway to Ciutat Universitaria then change to L3 in the direction of Trinitat Novaget and get off at Fontana Metro (previous station Diagonal). Hotel is less than 2 blocks away and there's a ramp at the station making it easy to drag your suitcases around. I'm tentatively planning another long stay here in February but rates are only out in October so I've tentatively queried another property in the area as well. Fingers crossed the Silver has availability when the rates come out!

I had a fantastic stay at the Aparthotel Silver in Barcelona. The hotel is located in a great spot, only two minutes away from Fontana Metro station. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious. The staff were also lovely and very polite. Plus, it was great to have plenty of local shops and bakeries nearby, and even a McDonald's for the occasional treat.

We had a pleasant stay at this modern and convenient small hotel located in Graciá—a fun neighborhood with few tourists and many restaurants. The area is also close to the notable sites of Gaudí's "Casa Vicens" and "La Pedrera - Casa Milá". Compared to Las Ramblas, Graciá felt safer and less crowded. It's no wonder why our Barcelona friends' family members often choose to stay here. Our suite was reasonably priced, and included a full terrace, kitchen, and large windows. Definitely worth it! There were also grocery and cheese shops close by and the staff were friendly and had great advice. We anticipate a future stay, but will be sure to book in advance as it's a popular option.

I had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Silver in Barcelona! Located just 100 meters from Fontana metro station, the hotel offers beautifully designed rooms with comfy beds, a nice bathroom and a kitchenette and soundproof windows. There is also a terrace-garden and a bar. Security is excellent and the service staff is really top-notch - professional, kind, friendly and helpful. I'm grateful to have come across this place through a Tripadvisor review. The reviews, tips and classifications on Tripadvisor were incredibly useful and it's why I chose to stay here. I'm glad I did, since the hotel is located in the stunning Gracia area of Barcelona. I would highly recommend Aparthotel Silver to anyone planning a visit!
