I recently stayed with my teenage son in April 2023. We had a great time due to the excellent location, with many attractions within walking distance and a metro station nearby. The neighborhood was mostly local and very pleasant. The rooms were renovated, had a decent size and were equipped with a small kitchen. The staff was really kind and attentive, even surprising us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates for my birthday. The only drawback was the bed and mattress quality, which was ok with our smaller stature but not so much for bigger people. It was also a bit strange that they cleaned the room but didn't offer to wash the dishes even when asked.
I had a great experience at Aparthotel Silver! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was very clean. The room was small but had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to cook simple meals in the room in the kitchen with the microwave, cooktop, and electric kettle, and there were plenty of outlets. We also had a safe in the room for our valuables and the shower was small but serviceable. Our room overlooked a garden which helped to keep it quiet. We paid a bit extra for breakfast, but it was well worth it - there was a great selection of food, fresh-squeezed juice, and an automatic espresso machine. The location was great too - in the Gracia area, close to a laundromat and other attractions. I would highly recommend Aparthotel Silver for a pleasant and good value stay in Barcelona!
The experience at Aparthotel Silver was terrible. We had to cancel our booking due to an unforeseen family tragedy and the front desk staff was completely unsympathetic. Even when we showed them a death certificate, they still refused to give us even a partial refund. They showed their true nature, which was all about money and nothing else. If you're looking for a place to stay in Barcelona, look elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake we did by booking here.

I recently stayed at the Aparthotel Silver and I was impressed! My room was spacious and had a kitchenette - all new fixtures and a laptop safe. It is conveniently located just two blocks from Metro Fontana and a few extra blocks from two other subway stations (Gracia and Plaza Moline). I was able to find many stores and bakeries within a few blocks and was pleased that it was away from the more touristy areas. The cleanliness of the property was immaculate and very modern. Breakfast was delicious and you have the option of either paying for a room with/without breakfast, or, if you prefer, you can opt to pay for breakfast only occasionally. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property to others. I'm already looking forward to my next visit in October!
We had a wonderful time in Barcelona and Aparthotel Silver was the perfect base for our stay. The rooms were clean and set up with all the necessary equipment to make our own meals. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was polite and welcoming. Location couldn’t have been better; just a short distance from Fontana metro station and in the heart of the vibrant Gracia neighbourhood. We had no trouble finding places to eat and shop. Definitely a great place to stay in Barcelona and we highly recommend it. Thank you Aparthotel Silver for the wonderful time!
