The hotel staff were incredibly inhospitable and unhelpful during my stay. The rooms were uncomfortably tiny and the toilets were disgustingly unclean. I was unable to take a shower for two days due to the state of the facilities. The bed sheets were also dirty, which was a major disappointment. The only redeeming quality of this accommodation was its location. However, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
The reception said they'd accept an early check-in but that didn't end up happening. Despite this, the hotel was generally pleasant and tidy, and the location was great - the metro meant it was super easy to get around.
I had an awful experience in this hotel ?♂️? The air conditioning was so noisy that I couldn't sleep ? The staff wasn't helpful either and refused to give me a refund ✋? I wouldn't recommend it at all ?♀️ It could be a nice hostel if there were no problems ?
The location of the Arc House Barcelona Hotel is great - and the wifi was alright. However, my experience with the hotel itself and its partnership with Hostelworld was terrible. After doing my reservation, the hotel charged me the minimum amount and then proceeded to try to cancel my reservation. Both the hotel and Hostelworld were incredibly rude and unhelpful. This is extremely concerning and their policy needs to change immediately. What's more, the hotel doesn't allow any drinking in the rooms and even though I understand that, there are people using drugs in the hostel which really does not make me feel safe nor comfortable. I will never book with Hostelworld again.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After booking a room, I arrived to find the door locked. I waited for more than an hour, but no one responded to my calls or emails. When I asked for a refund, they refused and accused me of lying. It was an awful experience.
