The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lovely modern touch, and the concierge even managed to secure me an early check-in for a small additional fee, which was perfect after a tiring, sleepless flight. The location was ideal, right next to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The staff also arranged for taxis to take me to Park Guell and the airport. As a solo male traveler, I felt comfortable and would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others as well. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to visit the sky bar, but since it was December, I assumed it would be too cold anyway. I didn't opt for breakfast during my stay, but I did have it one day and it was tasty.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our four-night stay in Barcelona. The modern and tidy accommodations were matched by the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff. We couldn't have asked for better assistance from the receptionists in the lobby, especially Eric who went above and beyond for us multiple times. The breakfast provided good value for the money, although it would have been nice to have a few more tea options available. The breakfast attendant was also very efficient and kind. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to visit the sky bar as we were too busy exploring all the amazing restaurants in the city. Don't let some of the advertising deter you, this is a wonderful hotel that caters to all types of guests. We can't wait to return.

I had a great experience at this ?️??? hotel. The rooms were extremely well designed with a luxurious shower and a comfortable bed. The rooftop terrace with a small pool and bar was welcoming and a great place to relax in between sightseeing trips. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were incredibly attentive and accommodating. Plus, its proximity to the Rocafort metro station made it easy to get around and explore the city ?️??.

Coming from Vancouver, Canada, this was our first stop. Great location with proximity to much but not much at the same time. Taxis were easy and quick to get around. Room: spacious enough. The bathroom amenities were basic - just soap and two bath towels. The bathrooms are open concept so you don’t get any privacy if you wanna do your business. Breakfast: basic continental but well done. The morning staff in the breakfast area was polite and helpful. Checkin and check out: the employee was absolutely passive aggressive and unhelpful. From checking in to checking out, not at all helpful, not friendly. Not once did he say “welcome” or “thank you” to us. Even trying to exit the parking lot, he took our fob pass which is needed to access the parking. Again we had to go the counter. Then we got the parking lot and came up the ramp and pressed the button several times and it didn’t open the gate. We went back down the ramp to the lift and then back up to lobby and he was like “too close to the gate.” We stood there for 8 mins before he finally opened it. Just poor energy and poor attitude. Parking: we parked for 24 euros per night. The parkade is extremely tight and dark. We won’t stay here again, but we also enjoy good service and don’t have any issue paying for it. But at 350$ per night, this isn’t the place to be.

We stayed at a hotel located on a side street of the main route to the airport, and using the Aerobus or subway, it is easy to get to the destinations of your choice. Situated on the edge of "Gayxample" this 4* Sup- Adults Only hotel offers a 5-10 minute walk to the gay bars and is surrounded by Catalan restaurants and bars. The building itself is modern and equipped with the usual Axel facilities like sky bar, roof top pool and fitness center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food, so you won't get bored even with a longer stay. We had a great experience here and while we will definitely come back, we can't wait to check out the Sky Bar in Flagship for the late-night cocktails.
