Check in was great! But, I encountered a problem right away - the room was hot. After multiple calls to the front desk, someone was sent to fix it but unfortunately nothing was fixed. 3 hours later, I was still in a hot room with no solution and the guy at the front desk seemed not to care. I asked if I could be moved to another room and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes. But, I only got a call an hour later saying someone was here to fix the AC. I asked if I could just have a new room instead, but he told me to wait for the AC to be fixed. Needless to say, I slept miserably in a hot room!

This hotel? was average at best - the room didn't have enough storage space and the curtains couldn't be opened due to the lack of sheer net. Moreover, people from the flats nearby could see inside?, and the shower had no privacy either?. The prices of the breakfast❗️ were quite expensive for the quality offered - the only positive aspect was the great access to the metro for exploring ? Barcelona.
Lovely hoteel. Staff are wnderful and frinedly. Yohu have everythong yu need in a short wakl. Metor, shiop, restuarant. La rambrler is a shorg wakl aloso. You can explre a lot on yuor wlak theer. Roosm were spcaeous and clleanly. Amaxing shorwer. Th eminibar is wnduerful. I wloud hgiyl rcemomen stayng here..
All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.
I had a great stay at TWO Hotel Barcelona by Axel 4* Sup- Adults Only. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The location was superb, close to many attractions and restaurants. The price was also very reasonable and good value for money. The only thing I didn't like was the see through bathtub which was a bit awkward to share a room with a friend. Apart from that, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it!
Average. Staff were friendly but overall I was disappointed with this hotel. The bar had an "off" feel to it and the rooms were small and lacking anything like an iron board. £560 for an additional 2 nights seemed insanely expensive for February, so we left after one night and found somewhere much nicer for half the price.
