Casa Camper Barcelona

We just finished our stay at this wonderful hotel. My girlfriend and I both really enjoyed it. We arrived on a Saturday after a long international flight from the US. Check in was very helpful and they were able to get us into our room before check in time. The front desk person escorted us to our room and explained things. The room is comfortable and very functional. We loved having a copious amount of hooks to hang stuff on. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure and good hot water. Air conditioning in the room was exceptional. Everything was clean and in order. House keeping comes and cleans once a day and does a nightly turn down service. The room type that we rented had a “Bonus Room” it was across the hall from our normal room and contained a chair, a couch, a hammock and access to the balcony. This was a great place to relax and store luggage. The hotel has a cocktail bar with a very talented bartender in the basement. It also has an honor bar on the roof. We used the honor bar several times. It is a nice place to relax and have a few pre dinner drinks. It also has an ice maker with plenty of ice which is hard to find anywhere I have been in Europe. During the day the downstairs dining area has snacks and refreshments. This is nice if you just need a snack to keep you going until the late dinners. Also nice to have a Coke/coffee when you want. They have a large machine that you can fill water bottles with cold filtered water as well. All in all. I really enjoyed it. It’s well maintained and seems very well managed. I would definitely stay again.

I did a great deal of research before choosing a hotel, and the reviews for this property were spot-on. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. We were upgraded to a king room which was very modern, spotless, and fully-equipped. The location couldn't be better, just minutes from La Rambla and with lots of shops, restaurants, and transportation nearby. The breakfast was excellent and they even offered snacks 24/7! On the morning of our departure, they even gave us a breakfast box to take with us. The hotel was very secure with a key card needed for the inner door, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Another great feature was the rooftop terrace and honor bar. Don't look anywhere else in Barcelona - this is the place to stay!

Can’t give enough thanks to the entire staff at this hotel! From the moment we checked in we felt at home. The front desk staff was courteous at all times and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. The food staff prepared breakfast to order and provided excellent service throughout. FYI - A stay at this hotel provides free breakfast and snacks all day!! Housekeeping staff was lovely and provided wonderful service. Excellent location and walking distance to most of the main attractions within Barcelona. I highly recommend staying here and would stay again on our next trip!.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Accommodation consists of two small rooms, one of which is fitted with a hammock and a tv. Though simple, these rooms are neat and comfortable. Additionally, we were provided with 24-7 snacks and a cooked breakfast, which was of great convenience. Not to mention, the terrace has a wonderful view of the town. The whole area is conveniently located close to the Old Town. We would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed a truly delightful stay at this hotel where the staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. Complimentary juices, filtered and sparkling waters, soups, salads and snacks were available all day which really made us feel at ease and taken care of. It was an incredible experience that other accommodation providers should look to emulate.
