From the moment we arrived, we experienced nothing but warmth and kindness. The staff member who welcomed us even showed us around and filled us in on everything we needed to know about the area. 24/7 snacks and drinks were a great touch, plus a tasty and filling breakfast each morning. The rooms were spacious, the prices were fair, the beds were so cozy, and it's in a great spot in Barcelona's old quarter. I can't recall ever being so satisfied with a hotel.

The service we received was outstanding from everyone in the hotel, from the helpful front desk staff, to the kitchen team, to the professional cleaning staff. We have been to Barcelona many times and have stayed in various places in the Barrio Gotico, El Born and Barceloneta areas, never staying at the same place twice. After our wonderful experience at the hotel, we won't stay anywhere else. Although the stay isn't the cheapest, the value for money is excellent with a delicious, made-to-order breakfast included in the price, and a wide selection of sandwiches, fruits, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks, all complimentary throughout the day. The location is great, a few minutes away from Las Ramblas in El Raval and not far from the bustling Plaza de Catalunya, plus an easy walk to the beach. There is a very good reason why this hotel has such a good reputation; the staff makes you feel right at home.

The staff at this hotel were nothing short of outstanding, going above and beyond to satisfy any request. The free snack bar and breakfast were much appreciated and allowed us to avoid trips to the grocery store. We were even provided with travel adapters, irons, and suggestions for late night restaurants - the perfect touches. Our double room was particularly spacious and the interior was incredibly tranquil. Without doubt, this was the best hotel of my entire European tour - I'll certainly be returning!

An incredible place to stay. 5 stars hardly do it justice! From the warm welcome we received from the staff to the excellent breakfast, this was a perfect place to stay. We had a corner room with all the amenities: spacious, modern, and well-maintained. We were near La Rambla and the noise from there was never an issue. The best part was the lovely patio on the roof, with sweeping views of the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here many times again!

I've been a loyal visitor of this hotel since 2004 and have never been let down. The rooms are always modern, spotless, and have all modern amenities. The staff is unbelievably helpful. An excellent breakfast and snacks throughout the day provides a comfortable and leisurely experience. The corner suite is especially delightful since it allows one to lounge around and relax. Everytime I've stayed, everything always runs smoothly, no matter the purpose of my stay.
