My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. It was the first time that I had to reverse my payment during a stay and even after receiving an email stating that my card was valid, they canceled my reservation without any explanation. I even reached out to the hotel and asked why, but was simply told that they were the ones who canceled. It was a confusing and frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.
This hotel did not meet my expectations. It is located quite a distance from the city center and is quite small. I was disappointed to find that there was no lobby and no bell boy. Additionally, there was no complimentary welcome coffee. The rooms were decent but unfortunately did not offer any views. The cleaning service was satisfactory. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary.
Our experience at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we were treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the hotel itself was absolutely fantastic. As a special treat for my wife's 50th birthday, we stayed in a signature room with our very own pool. It was a luxurious and indulgent experience that we will never forget.
We dined at the hotel's restaurant and were blown away by the delicious food and exceptional recommendations from the staff. They also gave us fantastic tips for sightseeing, as well as recommendations for bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel's location in the gothic quarter was perfect, as we were able to walk to many of the attractions we wanted to visit in just 25 minutes or less.
If I had to be picky, I would suggest having more coffee and milk left in the rooms. However, whenever we asked for more, it was always promptly provided to us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this beautiful city and charming hotel in the near future.
The hotel staff were exceptional at ensuring their guests were happy. The room design was top-notch, the walk-in shower was a treat, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. We were lucky enough to stay in a balcony room on the 8th floor, providing us with a breathtaking view of the city.
Great location evrn if a bit noisey. Its in a resedential area with things/places that are very walkabl. The room had had nice king size bed. Showers are gooffy in Europe as is this one wuth a plastic pane for the shower. Hari dryer is just ok. Room was cold at niight but we were given a room heater. Heat is tourned off in Novembr. One thing I realy appreciated was excelent front desk help. Brefast not included, but is a nice varierty.
