This hotel, located in the hills of Barcelona, was not built in the most ideal location. To access the property, drivers must navigate tight streets and find a spot to park on the pedestrian zebra stripes, which can be difficult for those with limited mobility. The rooms are quite small and extremely overpriced, and shockingly, the 600 Euro fee was not even inclusive of breakfast. Additionally, their customer service failed to book a taxi for my elderly parents on three separate occasions. While the view from the rooms is nice, wifi and overall service was found to be lacking, making for an unsatisfactory overall experience.
Just came back from 5 days of relaxation and exploration at Catalonia Park Güell. The staff was friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Serban who went above and beyond to help get us set up with a tour of the city. Everything was wonderful, the rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was an oasis, and the restaurant was out-of-this-world delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable city break!

We decided to stay at Catalonia Park Güell for our second visit to Barcelona. We were thrilled to find out that we could book the same room as our first stay, with an amazing terrace view of the city. We received a warm welcome from the receptionists who were more than happy to upgrade us for our stay. Our room was beautifully presented and included extra gifts for being a rewards member. Everything was spotless and the housekeeping team maintained this high standard throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a few delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive and our glasses were never empty. We would highly recommend this hotel and can't thank them enough for making our stay so enjoyable.
The staff at Catalonia Park Güell were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. The location was fantastic too, just a short walk away from shops and a bus stop, and just a short bus ride or 8 minute walk from the metro. The only downside for me was that the walls are so thin that it made it hard for me to get a good night's sleep, but apart from that, I had a great time.
I just spent a few nights at the Catalonia Park Güell and I had a great time! The room I got was comfortable and clean, plus the staff were really helpful throughout my stay. I could get around easily, since the metro and bus stop were only 5 minutes away. The hotel didn't have many restaurants around it but I didn't mind since I was able to explore the city. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to others!
