We stayed in the hotel in March, and the weather was quite warm. We knew that the air conditioner would be essential for us to be able to sleep comfortably, however it was completely inadequate. We tried to contact the staff several times, but unfortunately our requests for assistance went unanswered. On top of it all, when the time to leave arrived, the manager was still not present, so we had to leave him a note asking for one night's credit to our bill. Unfortunately we didn't even get a response. We definitely will not return here if the same conditions prevail.
I'll absolutely be back soon and I can't wait to come back in Catalonia Passeig de Gràcia 4* Sup! Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure to stay in the Catalonia Passeig de Gràcia 4* Sup for a weekend and could not be more impressed with the entire experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with so many tips and recommendations to make the most of our stay. Not to mention their wonderful hospitality. The hotel is ideal for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the city and able to access all Barcelona has to offer. The rooms were impeccably kept and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of both hot and cold items. This hotel is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it. I have already booked my next stay and can't wait to come back!
