? We stayed at a hotel in Barcelona from November 24th to November 26th. We were traveling with a child and the room had a terrible smoke smell. ? Even after keeping the balcony door open and the hotel staff spraying something, it didn't work. ? Unfortunately, they were fully booked and couldn't change our room. We were promised a refund of 120 dollars by the manager on duty, Ms Vanessa, due to the inconvenience. However, when we followed up with her in December, there was no response. ? Overall, the service from the front desk was terrible. ?
My stay at this hotel was absolutley amazeing! The rooms were so clean and I never experienced any noise during my stay. The location was perfet for shopping, it was just across from El - cortes Ingles, the biggest shoppin store in Barcelona. Plus, it was only 2 minutes away from the Rambls, a famous turist attrcation. The hospitality was top-notch and I felt truly at home. I am definately coming back to this cozey hotel.
During our recent trip to Barcelona, we had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights in a hotel located near Catalonia Square. The staff were all well-trained and provided exceptional service. In particular, Kryzzle went above and beyond to help us communicate with the airline about our forgotten drone bag. Despite having already checked out, she continued to update us via email and we were able to retrieve our drone. We were so grateful for her assistance that we extended our stay for an additional night, and she even made sure our room was ready earlier than expected. We were especially impressed by how kindly she treated our children. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and highly recommend it.
My recent stay at a 4-star hotel in Barcelona was fantastic! The location was unbeatable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were peaceful and cozy, leaving me with nothing to complain about. I will definitely be planning a return trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.
Our stay at this hotel was for 5 nights, from Monday to Saturday. The location was perfect for exploring the city center and most of the popular attractions were within walking distance. In cases where we needed to go further, we found the metro to be easily accessible once we got the hang of it. We took the shuttle bus from the airport and got off at Catalunya metro station, which was a convenient way to arrive. The staff were welcoming and our room was impeccable, complete with a lovely bathroom and all the necessary amenities. While the breakfast offered was a bit pricey, we opted to walk to a nearby Starbucks just 2 minutes away. Considering the prime location, we felt the nightly rate was reasonable. We also highly recommend trying the Tapas bar Tracatra right next door for excellent food (but make sure to book a table!). Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Barcelona.
